new tunes!

First Day of School

I spent the week before last with my cousin Alan Shain as his driver and assistant. He is a stand up comic and storyteller. He also has Cerebral Palsy.
We traveled to schools all around the Toronto area where he performed for children grades 4-8, sharing his wisdom and experience's as a disabled person.
I was amazed at the diversity of backgrounds at all the schools. The last one in Oakville actually had a chart of all the different countries represented and by how many kids.
Many also had these big robot heads mounted to the walls. Some kinda of human superiority indicator is my guess.
